Dr Zamauskaitė provides consultations on diagnostics and treatment of acute and chronic renal function  and urinary tract disorders and diseases, as well as kidney transplantation and post-transplantation rehabilitation treatment, and dialysis. She specialises in the treatment of urinary tract and bladder inflammations and kidney diseases that have been caused by infectious, autoimmune and other chronic conditions, chronic kidney failure, kidney cysts as well as other kidney disorders.

Dr Zamauskaitė continues her professional development by attending conferences, seminars and trainings both in Lithuania and abroad, including the UK and Germany. She has published scientific articles in  international medicine research journals, and has delivered her reports at more than ten international scientific research conferences.

In 1996, Dr Zamauskaitė successfully defended her PhD thesis at Vilnius University, and was awarded the PhD in medicine degree.

Dr Zamauskaitė is a member of the European Renal Association - European Dialysis and Transplant Association (ERA-EDTA), the British Renal Society, the British Transplantation Society, the American Society of Transplantation and the American Society of Nephrology.

Dr Zamauskaitė specialises in the following: urinary tract infection, inflammation of the urinary bladder (cystitis), kidney disorders – pyelonephritis (inflammation of the kidneys), infection-induced and immune-mediated glomerular diseases, tubular disorders, diabetic nephropathy (from diabetes mellitus resulting kidney damage), renal hypertension, polycystic kidney disease (kidney cysts), chronic kidney disease (stages 1-5), chronic kidney disease complications, anaemia for renal disease, renal damage resulting from underlying rheumatic conditions/systemic diseases, chronic kidney failure.

Dr Zamauskaitė provides consultations to patients undergoing haemodialysis (HD), peritoneal dialysis (PD) and patients after kidney transplantation.
