Manual therapy
Manual (manipulative) therapy is a form of physical therapy delivered by hands to restore normal biomechanical characteristics (physiological position) of the entire joint (joints) or vertebrae. This method aims to restore the function which has been impeded by the functional joint block.
The method is applied for muscular-skeletal conditions (poor posture, scoliosis, arthrosis, osteochondrosis, joint contractures, shortened muscles, asymmetry, spasms etc.), peripheral nervous system diseases (radiculopathy, nerve damage), chronic pain (neck, head, chest, waist, joint, muscle etc.).
The duration of the procedure is 30-60 min.
No special preparation is required.
