FAQ (frequently asked questions)

If there is a B2 deficiency, there is generally a deficiency of other vitamins. Therefore, we also recommend having other vitamin tests carried out.

Foods rich in vitamin B2 include beef liver, kidneys, poultry, dairy products, green leafy vegetables, fish, eggs, nuts, beer yeast, and whole grain products.

If your diet is not well-balanced or you suffer from disordered vitamin B2 assimilation from food, we recommend having the vitamin B2 stock tested and taking vitamin B2 supplements, after consulting with your physician.
